1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website located at https://www.wallnfloor.com and all business transactions, product purchases, design consultations, on-site measurements, material supply, and turnkey installation services provided by Wall & Floor Home Interior ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("Client," "you," or "your") throughout Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and nationwide across Pakistan.

By accessing this website, placing an order, or engaging our interior installation teams, you explicitly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Interior Services & Products

Wall & Floor Home Interior specializes in high-end residential and commercial interior finishing products and turnkey execution. Our scope of supply and services includes, but is not limited to:

• Wall Coverings: Premium metallic wallpapers, non-woven rolls, vinyl wallpaper, suede papers, customized 3D photo wall murals, and floral/geometric wall coverings.
• Wall Cladding & Mouldings: WPC fluted wall panels, PVC panels, PS solid accent boards, 3D relief panels, polyurethane (PU) classic wainscoting frames, UV marble sheets, and bamboo charcoal boards.
• Flooring Solutions: SPC waterproof rigid core click-lock flooring, commercial laminate flooring, natural wood flooring, herringbone vinyl parquet, carpet tiles, and artificial grass.
• Window Treatments: Smart motorized curtains, remote/app controlled tracks, zebra blinds, blackout roller blinds, vertical blinds, and wooden venetian blinds.
• Turnkey Execution: False ceiling design, LED cove lighting, drywall partitioning, complete home interior fit-outs, and commercial office renovations.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Order Acceptance

All initial estimates provided via WhatsApp, telephone, or digital messaging are preliminary estimates based on customer-provided wall or floor dimensions. Official binding quotations are issued only after an authorized Wall & Floor technician conducts a physical on-site measurement and verifies substrate conditions.

Prices quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are subject to adjustment prior to order confirmation due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, import customs tariffs, or material availability. Once an advance deposit is received and an official invoice is signed, prices remain fixed for the agreed project duration.

4. Payment Terms & Deposit Schedule

To initiate material procurement, factory custom sizing, or site mobilization, clients must follow our standardized payment milestones:

• Advance Deposit: A minimum 50% advance deposit is required upon order signing for standard catalog items. Customized 3D wall murals or custom-ordered motorized track systems require a 70% advance deposit.
• Material Delivery Milestone: 40% payment is due upon physical arrival of materials at the client's project site in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
• Final Balance: The remaining 10% balance is payable immediately upon completion of installation and client sign-off.

5. Site Preparation & Installation Responsibilities

For wallpaper, SPC flooring, or wall panel installation, the Client is responsible for ensuring the installation area is clean, dry, structural sound, and free of active water seepage or dampness prior to our installation team arriving on site.

Our technicians will inspect surfaces before installation. If severe wall dampness, crumbling plaster, or uneven floor sub-bases are detected, corrective civil works must be completed by the client or billed as an extra service before installation can proceed.

6. Warranties & After-Sales Service

Wall & Floor Home Interior warrants that all installed materials will be free from defective craftsmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. Material warranties (e.g., 10–15 year wear warranty on SPC flooring or 3-year motor warranty on smart curtain motors) are backed directly by respective component manufacturers.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from water leakage, accidental impact, structural wall movement, chemical mistreatment, or unauthorized third-party repairs.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders for standard unopened wallpaper rolls or stock panels may be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-cut items, custom-printed 3D wall murals, and tailored motorized curtain tracks are strictly non-refundable once production or cutting has commenced.

8. Contact & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
